Afghan Association of Ontario
Afghan Association of Ontario (AAO) was established in 1982 and incorporated in
1984 as a non-profit charity organization, providing settlement, integration and
adaptation services to the Afghan community. Since then the organization has
been assisting newcomers from different backgrounds to better integrate, adapt
and enable them to fully participate into the Canadian society.

Afghan Women's Organization
The AWO provides settlement services to all newcomers, with a special focus on
women, their families, refugees and people who have experienced war and
persecution. The AWO has welcomed newcomers from around the world, including
Central Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, East Asia, Eastern Europe, and
Africa, assisting them in the first stages of their settlement process. These
first steps taken by newcomers, finding a home, work, learning English, and
finding out about Canada’s legal system and health care are all crucial to
ensuring that each newcomer has a foundation for building a healthy life in
Canada.

Afghan Youth Engagement and Development Initiative
AYEDI is a grassroots organization led by Afghan-Canadian youth, for
Afghan-Canadian youth. The first of its kind in Canada, AYEDI is a non-partisan
organization that works to build civic engagement and social development amongst
Afghan-Canadian youth. We were founded on a belief that Afghan youth can play an
active role in creating short- and long- term change for our diaspora. Our
mission is to build community capacity, provide enriched programming activities
and opportunities, and support inclusive engagement and advocacy.

ANSS Foundation
ANSS Foundation established by a team of professional Afghans in Toronto, Canada
and is a non-political, non-profit and an impartial organization, established in
2017. The purpose of ANSS Foundation is to support utilizing full potential of
educated and professional individuals, and enable them contribute to the
development of communities concerned. It provides support and assistance to
newcomers from diverse backgrounds as well as social services to the
communities.

Canada Afghanistan Association of Health professionals
The CAAHP is a non governmental and non political organization and shall not
participate and/or entertain any political activity. The CAAHP shall abide by
all the laws and regulations enforced by the Federal, Provincial and Municipal
Governments of Canada and government of Afghanistan. The Association takes the
name of “ Canada Afghanistan Association of Health Professionals ” hereinafter
called CAAHP. The registered head office is located in the city of Ottawa,
Canada, and branch offices may be established in other cities of Canada or
Afghanistan.

Canada Afghanistan Business Council
Canada Afghanistan Business Council is a non-profit organization that has been
established to facilitate bilateral trade and businesses opportunities between
Canada and Afghanistan. CABC was established to promote, encourage, and help
facilitate Canadian businesses and entrepreneurs to prosper and benefit from
networking, having access to the different experiences of our members, and other
resources. The Council will facilitate many initiatives such as networking
events and a portal of businesses and resources, in order to promote ventures
and improved business relations between our members and Canadian businesses at
large. Canada has had a rich history in the mining, agricultural, environmental,
and service industries.
