Toronto Eaton Centre
The Toronto Eaton Centre is a large shopping mall and office complex in Downtown
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, named after the now-defunct Eaton's department store
chain that once anchored it. In terms of the number of visitors, the shopping
mall is Toronto's top tourist attraction, with around one million visitors per
week. It is also the largest shopping mall in Eastern Canada and fourth-largest
in Canada as a whole.
The Eaton Centre is bounded by Yonge Street on the east, Queen Street West on
the south, Dundas Street West on the north, and to the west by James Street and
Trinity Square. Its interior passages also form part of Toronto's PATH
underground pedestrian network, and the centre is served by two TTC stations:
Dundas and Queen. The complex also contains three office buildings (at 20 Queen
Street West, 250 Yonge Street and 1 Dundas Street West) and the Ryerson
University Ted Rogers School of Management. Additionally, the Eaton Centre is
linked to a 17-storey Marriott hotel, and to Canada's largest store, the
flagship location of The Bay department store chain.

Atrium on Bay
The Atrium on Bay is a retail and office complex on the former site of the Ford
Hotel on the north side of Dundas Street West, extending from Yonge Street to
Bay Street. The 14-floor building was built in 1981 with two floors of retail
stores. As part of the PATH network, it has underground connections to Dundas
subway station and the Toronto Bus Terminal located across Bay Street.

Bayview Village Shopping Centre
Bayview Village Shopping Centre is an upscale shopping mall in the North York
area of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, catering to affluent customers and containing
over 110 stores. The 440,000 square foot shopping mall is located at Bayview
Avenue and Sheppard Avenue in the community of Willowdale, and neighbourhood of
Bayview Village. Originally an open air mall, it is now roofed over. First built
in the 1960s as an unenclosed strip center anchored by a K-Mart and a Loblaw’s
grocery, the mall was enclosed in the 1970s. The mall was later gentrified when
K-Mart ceased operations in Canada in 1998, with the addition of new high end
retail stores and a large upscale LCBO Liquor store. Bayview Village's target
customer is a female shopper over 30 in the C$100,000-plus household income
range, probably a resident of the nearby Bridle Path, Rosedale, York Mills and
Bayview Village neighbourhoods.

Centerpoint Mall
Centerpoint Mall (formerly Towne and Countrye) is a shopping mall located in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada on the corner of Steeles Avenue and Yonge Street. It is
home to Canadian Tire, Zellers, The Bay, and a Loblaws (converted to No Frills).
The mall also has a Beer Store on the southeast corner of the property.
Newtonbrook Secondary School is built behind it. With 635,121 square feet
(59,004.7 m2) of retail space, it is one of the largest in Toronto. The mall
also hosted a movie theatre, which was redeveloped into retail space several
years ago.

Dufferin Mall
Dufferin Mall is a shopping mall and office complex in Toronto, Canada. It is
located on the west side of Dufferin Street, between Sylvan Street and Croatia
Street, south of the intersection of Bloor Street West, on the site of a former
race track, in the Dufferin Grove neighbourhood.

Eglinton Square Shopping Centre
Eglinton Square Shopping Centre is a shopping mall located in Toronto, Ontario,
Canada. It was one of the first malls in Toronto, opening in 1954 and is

First Canadian Place
First Canadian Place is a skyscraper in the financial district of Toronto,
Ontario, Canada, at the northwest corner of King and Bay streets, and is home to
the Toronto headquarters of the Bank of Montreal. At 298 metres, or 978 feet
(355 metres with antenna included), it is Canada's tallest skyscraper and the
eleventh tallest building in North America. It is the third tallest
free-standing structure in Canada, after CN Tower, also in Toronto, and the Inco
Superstack in Sudbury, Ontario.

Parkway Mall is a large community-scale shopping centre in Toronto, Ontario,
Canada, located at the southeast corner of Victoria Park Avenue & Ellesmere Road
in the former borough of Scarborough.
Parkway Mall is more geared toward providing essential community and

PATH (Toronto)
PATH is a 28-kilometre (17 mi) network of pedestrian tunnels beneath the office
towers of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. According to Guinness World
Records, PATH is the largest underground shopping complex in the world with
371,600 m² (4 million sq. ft.) of retail space.
The PATH network's northerly point is the Toronto Coach Terminal at Dundas
Street and Bay Street, while its southerly point is the Metro Toronto Convention
Centre's Convention South Building. Its main axes of walkways generally parallel
Yonge Street and Bay Street.

The Scarborough Town Centre is a large and major shopping mall in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. It is located on 300 Borough Drive, adjacent to the Scarborough
Centre Bus Terminal and Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) station in Scarborough
City Centre. The mall is presently undergoing a complete renovation, branded as
"Lighten Up".

Sherway Gardens
Sherway Gardens is an upscale shopping mall located in Etobicoke, Ontario with
over 200 stores. It is located on the south-east intersection of The Queensway
and The West Mall in the west end of the city ( Mississauga border). It is owned
and operated by Cadillac Fairview and features Sears, The Bay, and Holt Renfrew
stores as its main anchors.
Major renovations of the mall took place from 1989 to 1991 and expanded the food
court and retail areas.
The mall has been the topic of some controversy in the summer of 2007 as the
management moved to ban smoking on the entire property, including the parking
lot. For this initiative, it received a Heather Crowe Award from Ontario's
Ministry of the Environment.

Shoppers World Danforth
Shoppers World Danforth is a hybrid shopping plaza and shopping mall in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. It has 40 stores serving parts of East York, Scarborough and
The Beaches, near the Victoria Park subway station. Today a moderately sized
suburban plaza, it has a notable place in history as one of the first suburban
and one of the first enclosed malls in Canada. It is approximately 342,500
square feet in area.

Shops at Don Mills
The Shops at Don Mills is a lifestyle centre - type shopping centre in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. It is located on the site of the demolished Don Mills Centre
site at the southwest corner of Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East in the

Splendid China Mall
Splendid China Mall (Traditional Chinese: 錦繡中華; Simplified Chinese: 锦绣中华) is a
Chinese-themed ethnic shopping centre located at the southeast corner of Redlea
Avenue and Steeles Avenue in the former Toronto municipality of Scarborough,
Ontario, Canada. Visar Realty Inc. Brokerage is responsible for turning the
former Canadian Tire building, into a 2-storey ethnic indoor shopping mall in
the well known Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue area of Scarborough and Markham,
Ontario, despite its "tower" name. Due to its proximity to the popular
Asian-oriented Pacific Mall and its own initial success, Phase II of Splendid
China Mall calls for a 3-storey addition on the existing parking lot and a
four-level underground parking facility. When Phase II is completed, the
development will have a total gross floor area of 31,900 square metre (343,400
square feet) of retail, food court, restaurant and banquet hall. Splendid China
Mall first opened its doors for business on February 17, 2007. The mini-mall
also features a food court and a weekly Saturday night "fair" located at the
parking lot, with Chinese food for sale.

The Crossways
The Crossways is a mixed-use residential/commercial complex in Toronto, Canada
located at 2350 Dundas Street West (The Crossways A) and 2360 Dundas Street West
(The Crossways B) in the west end of Toronto, at the northeast corner of the
Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West intersection. It stretches across most
of a city block.

The Landmark
The Landmark is a new retail commercial condominium project under way in
north-east Toronto. The Chinese-themed mall will become one of the largest Asian
malls in the Greater Toronto Area.
This will be the first major Chinese theme mall to be built since the late 1990s
(one of two in the City of Toronto proper) and after a period of retail
saturation in the GTA. The development also expands the GTA's Chinatown
boundaries eastward to Markham Road. The mall is being built on former farmland
on Steeles Avenue west of Markham Road, and will cater to mixed Chinese and
local shoppers. The complex's name is a play on the The Landmark, which is also
a retail commercial mall in Hong Kong.

Yorkdale Shopping Centre
Yorkdale Shopping Centre is an upscale shopping mall in the city of Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. It contains over 250 stores and is located in the community of
Downsview, in the former City of North York, a former suburb of Toronto. It is
the fifth largest shopping mall in Canada and also enjoys the highest sales per
square foot of any mall in Canada, with current merchandise sales levels at over
$1,000(CAD)/square foot. The centre draws in approximately 400,000 customers a
week.
